Langham Health
Two pharmacists had a vision to bring to life on Main Street in Langham, SK. 3twenty helped make it happen.
Project Summary
Trent & Michael, two pharmacists in Saskatoon, were looking to develop a property on Main Street in Langham, SK. They contacted 3twenty with a vision for creating a new, modern, pharmacy and health centre for the community.
We developed a floor plan with the owners that would provide them with flexibility as they built their business on the medical side of the building. Part way through construction, a dentist showed interest in being apart of the project. With our flexible design and construction process, we were able to accommodate a dental practice. The pharmacy side of the building includes a retail area, dispensary, consultation room, and compounding area.
Project Details
We performed full design-build and general contracting scope.
The design allows for an expansion to the building to the next lot as the business becomes more established.
The building sits on a screw pile foundation with a conditioned crawl space allowing the building to be at grade with other Main Street buildings.
Our process enabled the building to open 4-6 months sooner than a conventional site-built project.
Size: 3,604 ft²
Location: Langham, SK
Built: 2019
